PRO OPEN MODIFIED SINGLE CYLINDER CLASS

 

SNOWMOBILE

●         Must be a single cylinder motor in a 1980 or older leaf spring chassis.

 

DRIVERS

●         Must be 16 years of age or older.

 

 MOTOR REGULATION

●         Clutch – any type or brand.

●         Carb – any size or style.     

●         Exhaust & Muffler – any style exhaust.

●         Can be any type of motor as long as it is a single cylinder.

 

 CHASSIS REGULATIONS

●         1980 & OLDER LEAF SPRING CHASSIS ONLY.

●         Snow flaps must touch ice/snow when rider is sitting.

●         Hood – must have a hood.

●         Must have an approved clutch guard.

●         8” visible numbers on each side of hood, these numbers are used for lap counting purposes.  IF THESE NUMBERS CAN NOT BE READ YOU MAY NOT BE COUNTED.

●         Any Rear Suspension may be used.

●         You may add a hydraulic brake system in the original brake location.

TRACK

●         You may use any track that you can find that will fit.

●         Studs must measure 3/8” above the lug on the track.

YOU MAY:

●         Use Nitrous.

●         Use any environmentally safe lubrication for your slide suspension.

●         Use farm equipment motors, airplane motors, jet motors, as long as they are single cylinder.
