Registration for the R.O.L.A. 12th Annual One Lunger 100 Saturday, February 7, 2009: One Lunger 100 At the Holiday Inn on beautiful Lake Detroit, Detroit Lakes, MN Your starting position is based upon the date that your registration is received by R.O.L.A., LLC. Racers must be pre-registered by Monday, February 4, to avoid an additional fee.
ONE LUNGER 100 Line Up at 11:15a.m. Flag Drops at 11:30 a.m. Class 1 HR Super Stock $85.00 □ Class 2 HD Super Stock $85.00 □
May be 1 or 2 driver teams. Ages 16 and over. Your sled number must match your bib number. No exceptions. The top three sleds in each class will be teched. Those found not in compliance with the rules or those who have entered the wrong class will be disqualified and entry fee forfeited. One Lunger 100 Awards and Fund Raising Banquet Saturday, February 7, 2009
*Held in the Conference Room at the Detroit Lakes Holiday Inn. Food and drink served by the Ice House Restaurant and Bar. *Social Hour 5 – 6 p.m. *Buffet Dinner 6 p.m. *Awards Presentation 7 p.m. *Adult Drawings/Door Prizes to follow Awards Presentation. We have lots of door prizes to give away – some large prizes, some small – everyone should win something. You must have an Adult banquet ticket to be entered into the drawing.

THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SIGNING. (Must be signed by all participants.) The undersigned participant hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Regional One Lunger Association, L.L.C. and its assignees or designees of any and all liability that may occur due to the injury to the person(s), property and /or equipment participating in said event sponsored by the Regional One Lunger Association, L.L.C. and its assignees or designees. This waiver of liability, including all terms and conditions hereof, is expressly agreed to and constitutes the entire waiver of liability unless specified herein. The undersigned also states that he/she is physically capable of participating in the event and that participant’s snowmobile and other equipment used will be in working condition. Participant agrees to observe and adhere to all event rules and conduct himself/herself in a safe and prudent manner while participating in the event. The organizers have the right to remove any participant who engages in conduct that creates a risk to the participant or others. The participant also consents to and permits emergency medical treatment in the event of illness or injury, including transportation to a medical facility and will be responsible for any and all related costs. Participant gives the Regional One Lunger Association, L.L.C. and various media permission to use participant’s name and any photograph taken of participant during the event in any promotional materials or publications. I HAVE READ THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHT BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. SIGNATURES BELOW TAKE TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LIABILITY OF MEMBERS OF CREW AND FAMILY MEMBERS.
